What You Need to Solve a Puzzle

Understanding the Bible is a lot like putting together a 1000 piece puzzle. Two things help you solve the puzzle – a picture and a framework. The picture is on the front of the box so you know what you should end up with as you examine each individual piece. Then you find all the edge pieces next and fit them together so you have a framework in which to place the other pieces. With these two important helps, you’re sure to complete the puzzle.

Don’t you wish the Bible had a “picture” on the cover showing you what it is all about? And wouldn’t it be great to have the “edge pieces” identified so you can place your daily Bible reading into a framework that makes it easier to understand what you’re reading so you could take your experience of God’s will to the next level in your daily walk with Him?

Well, that’s what Experiencing God’s Will is all about.

This website will give you the most important themes of the Bible, so as you read it for yourself you will be able to figure out how the details fit together to create one unified story. Believe me, this knowledge will greatly improve your daily relationship with God. It isn’t just theoretical or doctrinal. This information is very useful, too.

I’ve grouped these themes into four parts, what I call The Four Pillars. You could think of these four parts as the “picture” you are piecing together. The posts in each part are the “edge pieces.” Once you’ve read them, you will have the complete “picture” and all the “edge pieces” in place, making your daily reading of the Bible much easier to understand.

I’ll elucidate the Four Pillars of Experiencing God’s Will in the next post, with a few words about what each part will do for your understanding of the Bible.
